Warren Mott High School

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am excited and honored to join Warren Mott High School and become a part of the Marauder family. A little about my background: I am a graduate of Warren Woods Tower HS, where I was a three-sport athlete, participating in football, basketball and track & field. After high school, I continue my football career at Alma College and SVSU before injuries. My coaching journey began at Saginaw Valley State University, where i served as a Student Assistant Coach and later worked my way into a Graduate Assistant role. During my time at SVSU, I coached for two seasons while earning my master’s degree in public administration. At the high school level, I have served in several coaching roles throughout Michigan for the past 12 years, including Defensive Coordination at Genesee High School and Hazel Park High School, Secondary Coach at Birmingham Groves High School, and most recently Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordination at Warren Woods Tower High School. Outside of football, I am a Registered Nurse, and I have worked in healthcare for 10 years, the past eight years as a nurse. I currently work in the Intensive Care Unit at McLaren Macomb Hospital and am pursing my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree in graduate school. I am also a proud father of two children Taylon (9 years old boy) and Ivy (3 years old girl) who attends Warren Woods Schools. We also have a dog and currently reside in Roseville. In my free time, I enjoy reading, trying new foods, spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Detroit Lions as a season ticket holder. I am excited to build relationships with our student-athletes, families, staff, alumni, and community members. My goal is to establish a program culture centered on Love, Elite Effort, Accountability and Discipline, while developing young men who will be successfully both on and off the field.
